Pleated Sweater:
Machine knit on the Bond from a hand-knit pattern in Creative Knitting Magazine (March, 2009). I used Caron Eco yarn, with is made from recycled plastic bottles. The pattern features pleats at the bottom and sleeves for added ease and seed stitch collar and hems. It looks a lot better in person than in the photo. This was a practice piece for me to learn how to convert patterns, follow a pattern, and do short rowing, pleats, etc. All reformed stitches were hand manipulated.
