Scarves

Below are photos of various scarves I have completed, both hand knit and machine.

Hugs:

Hand knit with Lion Boucle, "Taffy". Gift for my niece, so I could "hug" her often.

Tube Scarf:

Machine knit on the Bond machine using Patons Decor yarn. The photo doesn't do the colors justice - they were so pretty, I used the same yarn to make two more and am thinking of buying it in bulk. Lace was hand manipulated, and features scalloped borders on top and bottom. Scarf was knit in a tube to allow for covering the head when the winter wind chills the air, while having no ends to get caught in doors and slide off. Modelled below by my mom - shhh, don't tell her you saw her picture. Mum's the word!

Homespun Scarf:

Knitted by hand using those humongous size 15 needles from Lion Brand. Scarf knitted up very quickly and was oh, so soft to the touch! I almost didn't give this gift to my sister.
